I painted this landscape last Saturday.

The sky began with gray puffy clouds, opened up to a huge ultramarine hole of blue sky, beautiful yellow, pink and off-white clouds then rolled in from the west, and it finally all ended with a deluge of rain—all within a span of two hours. A small hawk soared above, loving its flight in the gusty wind.

This is a 16 x 20″ oil on canvas painting. It's presented in an gold frame, wired for hanging.
