I lead the design and agile teams in producing attractive and functional web products while loving the art of cultivating the knowledge of a customer base to create engaging websites and digital experiences. I also help evangelize and build our design system and style standards to adhere to current accessibility, brand, and design guidelines.
I was responsible for operational, financial, and staffing functions related to digital and graphic design. I led design reviews, set resource capacity and forecasting, conducted yearly performance reviews, approved cost estimates, made personnel assignments, and was responsible for contractor timecard approvals.
I consulted with executive leadership teams to design and produce branded products for executive programs; I excelled at creating a vision and conceiving designs that met deadlines and requirements. I delivered subject matter expertise on design capabilities; influenced business decisions through informed guidance. Influence business decisions through informed research.
I collaborated with clients to provide expertise in brand identity, creative oversight, graphic, and web design. I delivered persuasive presentations, effectively recommending graphical elements that meet clients’ needs. I managed and coordinated multiple concurrent design projects.
