I’m a creative, inspiring design leader with extensive experience in web and graphic design. My career goal is to hone my abilities to create gracefully, to multiply value, and benefit all. I love decoding business objectives and translating them into compelling design solutions, no matter the medium. I have exceptional skills in driving successful design initiatives with large companies on any organizational level. I’m a capable and quick decision-maker, always seeking efficiencies in deadline-driven environments and within strict budgets.


Product Design Lead
2018 to Present

I lead the design and agile teams in producing attractive and functional web products. I love cultivating the knowledge of a customer-base to create engaging websites and digital experiences. I also help with evangelizing and building our design system and style standards in adherence to current accessibility, brand, and design standards.
A few massive-scale projects I’ve helped design into the Hilton world are

Hotel brand and property web product
Capably led and motivated the web design effort to produce’s 16 brand websites on a shared React responsive framework. Spearheaded design efforts to replace legacy homepages, which received over 31,000,000 unique visitors in 2018. Launched slice 1 of property sites, encompassing over 4,200 hotel websites.

Search and booking web product
I drove the creative execution of user testing of a revamped reservation flow and interface. Achieved successful results after up to 6 rounds of user testing; design elements are currently featuring on a Hilton’s new Reservation and Booking Tunnel.

Groups, meetings and events web product
Lead the creative execution of three products related to group bookings at Hilton—10+ room bookings, group and venue shop, and search and personalized group pages. Group bookings took off, exceeding projected expectations in revenue for group reservations.

Design Supervisor
2015 to 2018

I was responsible for operational, financial, and staffing functions related to digital and graphic design. I led design reviews, set resource capacity and forecasting, conducted yearly performance reviews, approved cost estimates, made personnel assignments, and was responsible for contractor timecard approvals.

In-house agency branding
I was design lead in creating the brand identity for the D3 team, our creative department that fully embraced the new visual identity and experienced rapid expansion—growing from around 60 employees to more than 200 in less than three years.

2011 to 2015

I consulted with executive leadership teams to design and produce branded products for executive programs; excelled at creating a vision and conceiving designs were meeting deadlines and requirements. I delivered subject matter expertise on design capabilities; influenced business decisions through informed guidance. Influence business decisions through informed research.

Luxury websites
I designed and delivered customer-engaging websites for Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa and Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock.

I collaborated with clients to provide expertise in brand identity, creative oversight, graphic, and web design. I delivered persuasive presentations, effectively recommending graphical elements that meet clients’ needs. I managed and coordinated multiple concurrent design projects.
My highest-awarded project of all time was

Memphis Children’s Clinic brand identity
I developed a new logo providing the clinic flexibility in representing itself over its six offices.
